Andrew "Andy" Harris Olson, age 48, of Richland Center, died on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at his home.

Andrew was born on December 21, 1977 in LaCrosse to Gary and Nancy (Hanson) Olson.

He married Katie Hotchkiss on June 25, 2016 in Blair.

Andy graduated from WWTC with an associate degree in accounting.  He was employed at the Westby Co-op Creamery for more than ten years and was Employee of the month in June of 2026.

Andy loved rock music, with Metallica being his favorite band.  He was a Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers fan and enjoyed golfing with his Dad and nephews.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Katie; a son, Dominic; a daughter, Piper; a step-daughter, Taytum Hotchkiss; a sister, Jennifer (Steve) Metzen; his parents, Gary and Nancy Olson; his mother-in-law, Patricia Hotchkiss; four nieces and nephews, Jacob and Samuel Metzen and Clara and Oliver Hotchkiss; a brother-in-law, Nick (Christina) Hotchkiss, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Andrew was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Tiyanna Hotchkiss; his grandparents, Obert and Norma Olson and Harris and Evelyn Hanson and his father-in-law, Michael Hotchkiss.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in Blair Lutheran Church West (Zion) in Blair.  Pastor Chris Sesvold will officiate.

Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service.

Graveside services will held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Blair.
