Beverly Hoff, 87, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025, at Brewster Village in Appleton, WI. She was born on February 9, 1938, in Blair, WI, to Basil and Mabel (Erickson) Arneson. Bev graduated from Blair High School in the class of 1956. She married Robert Hoff in October 1956. Their son, Barry, was born in April 1961.

Bev worked at many different things throughout her lifetime. She was a homemaker, postal clerk, junior high school paraprofessional, postmaster, waitress, caregiver for her mother, customer service representative at Younkers, and church volunteer. She had been a resident at Brewster Village since March 2018, following a fall in her home. She loved pets, especially cats, and she was a loyal supporter of Wisconsin Public Radio and Wisconsin Public Television.

She is survived by her husband Robert (Blair, WI), son Barry and his wife Lisa (Hortonville, WI), granddaughters Evangeline Hoff (Medford, MA) and Karina Hoff (Rochester, MN), brother Robert Arneson (Ettrick, WI), nephew Jake Arneson (Mindoro, WI), and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Richard Arneson, and stepfather Bedy Marsolek. Memorial services will take place sometime this summer at First English Lutheran Church in Appleton, WI, and at Blair Lutheran Church in Blair, WI. The interment of her ashes will be beside her parents' graves in the cemetery in Blair.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.in the First English Lutheran Church in Appleton with Pastor Mary Bauer officiating.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service.  A second memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. in Blair Lutheran Church West (Zion) with burial in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery both in Blair.  Mr. Scott W. Brown - SAM will officiate. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.

The family wishes to thank the Brewster Village staff for their excellent and compassionate care for Bev over these past 7 years. Additional thanks go to the doctors and staff at Northeast Wisconsin Retina for helping preserve the vision in her right eye. In lieu of flowers at the pending services, donations may be made to the organ renovation fund at First English Lutheran Church in Appleton, WI.
