Carlie Christin Joy Chandler, age 29, of rural Black River Falls, died on Friday, March 27, 2020.

Carlie was born on August 13, 1990 in Black River Falls to Donald and Jane (Moen) Chandler. She was employed as a bartender and a waitress at numerous establishments.

Carlie lit up the room with her bubbly personality. She was always quick to give a compliment or a hug and she was loved by all who knew her. There are not enough words to describe how much we adored and loved our precious Carlie. She was taken too soon and now she can finally have the peace she sought after.

Carlie is survived by her father, Donald Chandler of Hixton; her mother, Jane Moen of Taylor; two brothers, Brandon (Kayla) Chandler and Donovan Chandler; a sister, Carrie (Reuben) Chandler; paternal grandmother, Sue Chandler of Hixton; uncles, Jeff (Diane) Chandler and Brian (Pam) Chandler of Black River Falls; two aunts, Claudia (John) Singleton of Black River Falls and Bev Morden of Hixton; ten nieces and nephews, Lily, Brandon and Kinzie Chandler, Calob Gilbertson, Ceziah Chandler, Kenneth and Kaceliah Freeman, Nolan, Milo and Silas Chandler; great uncles and aunts and cousins; her dog, Peanut and many friends.

Carlie was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Kenneth Chandler; maternal grandparents, James and Ethel Moen; uncle Steven Moen and cousin, Dan Moen.

A private family funeral service will be held in the Upper Beaver Creek Lutheran Church with burial in the church cemetery both in rural Taylor.

A public celebration of Carlie's life will be held at a later date.
