Clayown Delores Husmoen, age 95, of Whitehall, formerly of Blair, died on Sunday June 27, 2021 in her daughter's home surrounded by all her daughters.

Clayown was born on June 7, 1926 in the Town of Gale in the family home to Albert and Caroline (Knudtson) Dahl. She married Tillman Husmoen on September 15, 1943 in Ettrick.

Clayown worked at the ETCO factory in Ettrick and at the Grand View Care Center. She was an avid reader, enjoyed baking, diamond painting, bingo, playing cards, embroidering, spending time with her family and an active member of the Blair Lutheran Church.

Clayown is survived by her five children; Thelma Johnson, Lorraine Loken, Lee (Mike Young) Pierzina, Linda (Joe) Arneson, and Wanda Neumann, daughter-in-law Sara Husmoen, 18 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Clayown was preceded in death by a son, Gary, a great-granddaughter Morgan Janzen, sons-in-law; Ardell Johnson and Don Loken, and all seven of her siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Blair Lutheran Church East with burial in the Rest Haven Cemetery both in Blair. Pastor Paul Sannerud will officiate.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Blair and also one hour prior to the service in the church.

The Jack Funeral Home in Blair is assisting the family with arrangements.
