Delia Christina Misch, age 91, of Blair, died on Sunday, January 13, 2013 in the Tri-County Care Center in Whitehall.

Delia was born on January 31, 1921 in Whalen, MN to Alfred and Bertha (Dahl) Hallum. She married Nick B. Misch on September 7, 1946 in Lowden, IA. Nick preceded Delia in death on May , 1998.

Delia was employed at Gale Products in Galesville prior to her retirement. Delia enjoyed going to the Rainbow restaurant in Blair for coffee and visiting with her friends.

Delia is survived by her children, Shirley (Morris) Sandvig of Winona, MN, Lois Kelley of Rockford, IL, Roger (Debbie) Misch of Blair, Nick (Sue) Misch of Frankfurt, IL, David Misch of Whitehall, Fred (Nancy) Misch of Blair and Betty (Kevin) Wilda of Brooklyn Park, MN; a daughter-in-law, Carrie Misch of Las Vegas, NV; 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Delia was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth; a granddaughter, Tonja; two sisters, Marie and Hilda and two brothers, Bill and Edward.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Blair Lutheran Church East with burial in the Rest Haven Cemetery both in Blair. Pastor Barbara Bruneau will officiate.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Blair and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
