Diane J. Pischke, age 58, of Whitehall, died on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 in the Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse surrounded by her family.

Diane was born on December 30, 1956 in Eau Claire to Vernon and Elsie (Witt) Pischke. She married Roger Urbick on October 11, 1983 in Nashua, IA.

Diane was employed with the Trempealeau County Health Care Center and its outreach facilities. She also was employed at Kwik Trip in Whitehall.

Always putting others first, Diane became known as the "Pajama Grandma". She collected and distributed pajamas throughout neighboring counties for families in need. Diane enjoyed gardening, traveling, taking time for her many friends and spending time with her grandchildren.

Diane is survived by her four children, Justin (Jose) Pischke of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Jess Pischke of Pigeon Falls, Christa (Jason) Urbick of LaCrosse and Jaymeson (Cynthia) Urbick of LaCrosse; six grandchildren, Jason, Savannah and Allyson Pischke, Layla Woychik, Madisyn and Jaylee Urbick.

In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by a baby brother.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. in Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Whitehall. Pastor Yvonne Marshall will officiate. Burial will be in the Lincoln Cemetery in Whitehall at a later date.

Visitation will be Monday, April 13, 2015 from 4-7 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Whitehall and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Diane's name, "Pajama Grandma" at the Royal Credit Union in Whitehall.
