Eugene Raymond Oehlert, age 77, of Chippewa Falls, died on Sunday, December 6, 2015 in the Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce, FL.

Eugene was born on January 23, 1938 in Fall River, WI to Walter and Bertha (Yohn) Oehlert.

Eugene loved life and spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched.

Eugene is survived by a son, Eugene (Sherrie) Oehlert of Fort Pierce, FL; four daughters, Joanne Dilley of Rio, WI, Patricia (Scott) Larson, Deborah (Randy) Sorensen and Heather (Scott Honadel) Gwiazdon all of Chippewa Falls; five sisters, Gen (Len) Diels of Columbus, WI, Phyllis Witthun of Cambria, WI, Barbara Udel of Doylestown, WI, Bev McDonald of Utah and Betty Kay Oehlert of Rio, WI; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia; two brothers, Arnold and Duwayne Oehlert; two sons-in-law, Marvin and Mike; three brothers-in-law, Byron, Melvin and Mac and three sisters-in-law, Barb, Sandy and Mae.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Blair with Pastor Benjamin Ahles-Iverson officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery in rural Taylor.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
