Everett S. Olson, age 81, of Blair, died on Saturday September 7, 2019 in his home surrounded by his family.

Everett was born July 17, 1938 in Whitehall, WI to Arnold and Evelyn (Hanevold) Olson. Everett married Phyllis Schroeder on January 2, 1960 in Foster.

Everett spent much of his life farming in Fly Creek. He enjoyed snowmobiling, barber shop singing, and being social with anyone and everyone. He loved spending time with his friends and family.

Everett is survived by his wife, Phyllis; his daughters, Rosalie (Quinn) Holtan of Winona, MN, Karen (Darlene Petit) Olson of Minneapolis, MN, and Kristine (Kevin) Stelling of St. Cloud, MN; his grandchildren, Olivia (Mike) Archocosky and Daniel (Brittney) Holtan; and his great-grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob, and Luke Archocosky and Cora Holtan.

In addition to his parents, Everett is preceded in death by a daughter Deborah and his brother Russell.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Taylor Lutheran Church in Taylor with Pastor Lowell Bolstad officiating, with Pastor Toby Ellison assisting. A private family burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Blair.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
