Grace Janette Kammerer, age 94, of Taylor, died on Saturday, January 4, 2020 in the Gundersen Health System in LaCrosse.

Grace was born on May 21, 1925 in LaCrosse to Joseph and Laura (Pickart) Pelofske. She married Eugene Kammerer on October 26, 1946 in St. Charles, MN. Eugene preceded Grace in death on May 22, 2002.

Grace and Eugene farmed for many years in Winona County, MN prior to moving to the Taylor area in 1975.

Grace is survived by her daughter, Shirley (Gary) Knutson of Taylor; three grandchildren, Tami (Jason) Waldera and Joseph (Sarah) Knutson both of Taylor and Joshua (Abby) Knutson of Hixton; nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Grace was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Pelofske.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 5-7 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Blair.
