Joyce Carol Buisse, age 86, of Whitehall, died on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 in the Trempealeau County Health Care Center in Whitehall.

Joyce was born on October 2, 1931 in Missouri to Clarence and Sophie (Pranke) Sneller. She married Richard Buisse on June 2, 1951 in Union Grove, WI.

Joyce and Richard moved to Whitehall in 1971. Joyce was a great mother, a good listener and enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Richard, of Fall Creek; six children, Krystal (Steve) Brekke of Whitehall, Amy (Larry) Holterman of Janesville, Susan (Richard) Thoma of Whitehall, Connie (Del) Fredrickson of Blair, Annette Clipper of Whitehall and Shawn (Cheryl) Buisse of Whitehall; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, four sisters, Virginia Smith, Teresa Nelson, Dawn Davis and Linda Heuer and a brother, Eloy Sneller.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by a sister, Audrey and a son-in-law, David Clipper.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 1-4 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Whitehall. Burial will be in Fall Creek at a later date.
