Judith A. Strand, age 77, of rural Whitehall, died on Monday, July 20, 2020 in the Pine View Care Center in Black River Falls.

Judith was born on January 22, 1943 in Whitehall to Louis and Myrtle (Montgomery) Wood.  She married Douglas Strand on May 7, 1982 in Whitehall.

Judy and Doug lived in Kenosha for eight years prior to returning to Whitehall in 1989.  Judith was a loving aunt, an avid bowler and a fantastic cook.

Judith is survived by her husband, Douglas; a brother, Michael Wood of Kenosha; a sister, Sharon Helstad of Ettrick; a brother-in-law, LaVerne Pientok of Whitehall and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Judith was preceded in death by daughter, Stephanie and a sister, Mary Pientok.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. in the Lincoln Cemetery in Whitehall.

The Jack Funeral Home in Whitehall is assisting the family with arrangements.
