Keith Kenneth Hamilton, age 91, of Blair, died on Saturday, April 29, 2017 in the Grand View Care Center in Blair.

Keith was born on August 26, 1925 in rural Westfield, WI to Thomas and Minnie (Erdman) Hamilton.

Keith served in the United States Army during World War II and was a proud veteran. On March 25, 1951, Keith married Elaine Mae Klimke in Harrisville, WI. Keith and Elaine moved to Blair in 1963 where Keith was employed as a cheesemaker for AMPI prior to his retirement.

Keith was a member of Blair Lutheran Church West and was also an active Lions Club member and a member of the Knudtson-Mattison American Legion Post #231.

Keith is survived by three children, Paul Hamilton of Blair, Jane (Brian) Bremer of Waumandee and Tim Hamilton of Blair; five grandchildren, Beth (Blake) Bianco, Brent (Ellie) Bowers, Heidi (Amy) Meyer-Bremer, Nick (Gennah) Bremer and Haley Bremer; five great-grandchildren, Brianna and Bailey Bianco, Zoe and Ayla Bowers and Sienna Bremer; three siblings, Donna Baumann, Willard (Joann) Hamilton and Shirley (Matt) Boden; a sister-in-law, Janice Klimke.

In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine, on January 16, 2015; a daughter, Kathy Hamilton; two siblings, Calvin Hamilton Sr. and Sarah Leonhardt and a brother-in-law, Allen Klimke.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in Blair Lutheran Church West in Blair with Vicar Gus Barnes officiating. Military rites will be conducted by Knudtson-Mattison American Legion Post #231.

Graveside services and burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in rural Westfield at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Gary Schultz officiating.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.

Keith's family would like to express their deep appreciation to the staff of the Grand View Care Center in Blair for the care and attention provided to Keith.
