Michael "Mike" Albert Svitesic, age 74, of Blair, Wisconsin, formerly of Worthington, PA, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, in Eau Claire, WI.

Mike was born on November 9, 1951, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Albert and Dorothy (Bosnich) Svitesic. After graduating from Fox Chapel High School, he pursued a career as a professional driver, both as an owner-operator and most recently for many years with Ashley Furniture.

He was a member of the Croatian Fraternal Union of America and the Free and Accepted Masonic Lodge of Butler, Pennsylvania.

On November 9, 1978, Mike married Joyce Costanzo in Evans City, Pennsylvania. He cherished his family and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Michael had a passion for Croatian and Serbian music and enjoyed attending music festivals celebrating his heritage. He also loved traveling and fulfilled a lifelong dream of visiting Croatia after his retirement, connecting with family and his historic roots.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce; his son, Jonathan (Jennifer Hollenbeck); grandchildren, Julian and Camille; sister, Jeanne Svitesic Cecil; brother, John Svitesic (Pat Artuso); sisters-in-law, Lorraine Hawk, Nancy Costanzo, and Linda Costanzo; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Dorothy Svitesic, and his mother-in-law, Virginia Costanzo.

There will be no public service. To honor Mike's memory, a celebration of life will be held in Pennsylvania at a date to be announced.
