Morris Robert Fremstad, age 102, of Blair, died on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in the Grand View Care Center in Blair.

Morris was born on December 29, 1920  in Whitehall to Anton and Amanda (Thompson) Kelly.  Morris served in the United States Army during World War II.  Morris married Betty J. Olson on January 30, 1954 in the Zion Lutheran Church in Blair.  Betty preceded Morris in death on April 17, 2020.

Morris was employed as an auto mechanic prior to his retirement.

In addition to his parents and wife, Morris was preceded in death by four brothers, Allen Thompson, Roy, George and Archie Kelly.

Graveside services and burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Blair at a later date.
