Myra Widger, age 68, of Centerville, died on Saturday, August 16, 2014 in the Onalaska Care Center in Onalaska.

Myra was born June 12, 1946 in Winona, MN to Roman and Ernestine (Brink) Baker. She was married to Garry Lee Sr. and later to Clyde Widger.

Myra spent many of her last years working at Wal-Mart in Tomah, LaCrosse and Winona.

The greatest gift in life is giving and Myra portrayed this in many ways such as giving or donating quilts, produce from her garden, baked goods, and even her time. Raising her family was always top priority. She took pleasure in camping, baking days, cookouts, holidays or anything that brought the family together.

Myra is survived by six children, Joanne (David Jacobs) Lee of Blair, Maureen (Paul) Holte of Trempealeau, Norma Krousey of Independence, Amy (Jeff) Schock of Blair, Brian (Vicki) Lee of Abbotsford and Julie (Ken) Pett of Trempealeau; two stepsons, Brian and Brent Widger both of Oregon; 15 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a sister, Sandra Ploetz of Sun City, AZ.

In addition to her parents, Myra was preceded in death by a son, Garry Lee Jr., a great-grandson, Adam Coleman and a brother, Kenneth.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Jack Funeral Home with burial in the Lincoln Cemetery both in Whitehall. Pastor Yvonne Marshall will officiate.
