Myrtle Viola (Berg) Anderegg, age 92, of Blair, died on Wednesday, June 22, 2016.
Myrtle was born May 29, 1924 on the farm home of her parents, Ludvig and Ida (Mortenson) Berg, located in the town of Hale, in Trempealeau County.
She was a member of the United Lutheran Church in Pigeon Falls, WI. She was baptized by Rev. A.J. Oerke and confirmed by Rev. HyalmerOerke. She belonged and was active in the Young Peoples Society in the church and also the L.D.R., which was Lutheran Daughters of the Reformation.
Myrtle attended Huskelhus Rural School for all 8 grades. Then she attended Whitehall High School and graduated from there.
On August 28, 1943 she married Paul H. Anderegg at home in a lawn wedding by the Rev. C.K. Malmin.
After her marriage, she was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Blair. She served and was active in the Ladies Aid and Circles.
Myrtle did a lot of sewing for her family. She liked to crochet and worked with ribbons and plastics. She was a good cook and baker. She baked her Norwegian specialties for Christmas.
She was very interested in her children, who were: Joanne (John) Wickstrom, Gregory (Brenda) Anderegg, Rosalie (Ronald) Dunnegan, Karen (Kary) LeFebvre, and Stewart (Wanda) Anderegg.
Her grandchildren were Jimmy, Jason Wickstrom and Jill (Wickstrom) Honeyager, Joel and Katherine Anderegg, Colleen and Shawn Dunnegan, Kayla (LeFebvre) Behrens, Kameron and KolbyLeFebvre, and Aaron and Nathan Anderegg, plus 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, grandson Jimmy Wickstrom and son-in-law John Wickstrom.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Blair Lutheran Church West with burial in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery both in Blair. Pastor Barbara Bruneau will officiate.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
