Nicole Renee Johnson, age 37, of Sun Prairie, formerly of Whitehall, died on Monday, April 30, 2018 in Saint Mary's Hospital in Madison.

Nicole was born on April 27, 1981 in Black River Falls.

Nicole enjoyed singing Karaoke and her pets.

Nicole is survived by her father, Jeff (Michelle) Johnson of Strum; her mother, Candace (Karl) Sampson of Marshall, WI; two brothers, Logan (Danielle) Johnson of Tennessee and Chandler Johnson of Whitehall; her grandmothers, Lois Johnson of Black River Falls and Gloria Sveen of Whitehall.

Nicole was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Ken Johnson and Spencer Sveen and a brother, Chris Johnson.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Whitehall with burial in the Old Whitehall Cemetery in rural Whitehall.  Pastor James Riley will officiate.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
