Paul Edwin Otterson, age 65, of LaCrosse, formerly of Galesville and his hometown of Blair, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025 in his home due to heart complications.

Paul was born on June 16, 1959 in Whitehall to Donald and Amy (Rogness) Otterson.

Paul enjoyed his daily walks, having coffee or a diet soda at his favorite places around town.  His sobriety meant a lot to him and he religiously attended his AA meetings.  Paul had a lot of friends and was a sponsor to some in the AA community.  He loved to travel by train to many places throughout the years.

Paul's kids and family meant the world to him.  He is survived by three daughters, Brooke, Amy and Jenny Otterson; his grandchildren, Alexandryia and Nyia Ryan, Jayden Otterson, Amelia Sommer, Tavin and Estella Affeldt, Ava and Taitym JaDoul; a great-grandson, Dierks Suchla; two brothers, Dale and Dean Otterson and three sisters, Linda Bautch, Beth O'Hara and Lori Otterson.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by two sons, Brandon and Jordan; two brothers, Bruce and Keith Otterson and a sister, Sharon Hizer.

Services will be held at a later date.
