Ryan Joe Appel, age 51, of rural Arcadia, died on Monday, August 11, 2025 in the
Gundersen Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall.

Ryan was born on October 7, 1973 in Rapid City, South Dakota to Joe and Cheryl
(Doud) Appel.

Ryan was a lover of fast cars, women, music, and tattoos. He loved to spend his
time tinkering on motors or fishing.

Ryan is survived by his siblings Dawn, Jamez, Amy and Shawn; his son Kyle and
grandchildren Kegan, Izabella, Henasey, Jordyn and Chevelle.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ryan will be dearly missed and we invite you to join us for a celebration of life for Ryan on Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 1 - 4 p.m. at the Riverside Memorial Park Log Cabin Upper Shelter on North Park Road in Blair.
