Sander A. Brohelden, 84, of Taylor died Thursday, September 20, 2018, in the Grand View Care Center in Blair.

Sander was born in Ettrick on October 2, 1933 to Sanford and Agnes (Jemptland) Brohelden.

Sander worked for Chrysler Corporation before retiring after 32 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and family trips with his children when they were younger. He was a lover of dogs especially his dog Jack. Sander was known to find a good "Happy Hour" spot where he could converse with friends. He married Margaret Berg whom he had three children with but later separated.

Sander is survived by his children: Eric Brohelden of Abbotsford, Melissa (Eric) Mattmann of New Glarus, and Reed (Shana) Brohelden of Racine; grandchildren: Heather Mattmann, Jonathan Mattmann, and Brett Brohelden; step-grandchildren: Jordan and Kendra Navarro; a great step-grandchild Xailyn Madlock; a sister Carol Seitz; a brother Larry (Nancy) Folkedahl; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Sander is preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Ramsey.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Blair with burial following in the Ettrick Public Cemetery in Ettrick.
