Sherilyn Mae (Anderson) Riedel, 59, of Chippewa Falls, WI passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017. Sherilyn was born in Whitehall, WI and grew up in Dagget Coulee. She attended Whitehall High School and later earned degrees in both Computer Sciences and Accounting. Sherilyn worked in IT at Ashley Furniture and most recently served 17 years as a Systems Engineer for the City of Eau Claire in support of the Police and Fire services.

Sherilyn enjoyed the outdoors, running, biking, yoga, cross-country skiing and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved animals, and volunteered at local hospitals as a pet therapy volunteer. In recent years she became an avid runner and participated in many local 5Ks, 10Ks and half marathons for various local charities and was a member of the Indianhead Track Club.

She is survived by her husband, Don Riedel and previous husband, Greg Jurowski; her children, Amy (Richard) Harrison and Sandon Jurowski; step children, Jackie Trautlein, David Riedel and Ben Riedel; grandchildren, Grace, Sean, Devin, Camden, Faith, Cashten, Logan, Sequoia and Taj; siblings, Bruce (Marge) Anderson, Ron Anderson, Carol (Carl) Anderson and Helen (Jim) Hansen. She is preceded in death by her parents, Karl and Fern Anderson.

Sherilyn had a passion for dogs and the outdoors and held a special place in her heart for Irvine Park.
