Susan Faye Nelson, age 63, of Whitehall, died on Friday, November 29, 2013 in the Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

Susan was born on November 22, 1950 in Whitehall to Hensel and Amy (Johnson) Nelson.

Susan graduated from the Whitehall High School in 1969 and attended the McConnell Airline School in Minneapolis, MN. She traveled extensively around the world as a travel agent and tour guide with Australia being her favorite. Susan also did volunteer work at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire for many years.

Susan enjoyed doing sequined calendars, crafts, making Christmas ornaments, knitting and crocheting.

Susan is survived by a sister, Sandra (Al) Maudal of Pigeon Falls; two nieces, Jenny (Jarrod) Fromm and Kim Maudal; a great-niece, Aubrey Fromm all of LaCrosse; her significant other of many years, Bruno Warner of Fairchild, WI and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in Our Saviour's Lutheran Church with burial in the Lincoln Cemetery both in Whitehall. Pastor Yvonne Marshall will officiate.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. in the Jack Funeral Home in Whitehall and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
