Theresa Rose Kulig, age 92, of Whitehall, died on Friday, April 1, 2022 in Saint Michael's Assisted Living in Fountain City.

Theresa was born on April 13, 1929 in Arcadia to Joseph and Rose (Woychik) Klink.  She married Clarence R. Kulig on September 9, 1946.  Clarence preceded Theresa in death on March 20, 2015.

Theresa was well known for her talent as a seamstress and a wonderful cook.  She cooked at the Whitehall Bowling Alley for many years.  Theresa also loved flowers and had beautiful flower gardens in her back yard.  She always enjoyed getting together with family and friends.  Theresa was a member of Saint John's Catholic Church in Whitehall and active in its PCCW and choir.

Theresa is survived by two daughters, Barbara (Frank) Slaby of Arcadia and Bonnie McGuire of Iola, TX;  five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Theresa was preceded in death by a son, Dennis; a grandson, Jeremy Mattson and all of her siblings.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. in Saint John's Catholic Church with burial in the Lincoln Cemetery both in Whitehall.  Father George will officiate.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
